Thank you for shopping at Rosy Interiors! We hope this page makes our policies transparent and answers any questions you may have. 

For shipping, we try our best to offer standard and affordable rates. Our US shipping rate is for flat-rate priority shipping, or a smaller box/price if the item qualifies. The same goes for our international shipping prices. We hope to have more options in the future and appreciate your understanding that we are a two-person team who wants to make things you will love and get them to you in a timely and safe fashion! 

We also offer free local delivery in the Louisville, Kentucky area. Use code LOCALSONLY to take advantage of this option. Make sure we have your address to drop off goods! We also ask for your phone number at checkout and this is one of the many reasons. We will never share your private information. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, it ensures we are able to contact you and resolve it as soon as possible. 

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within a 14-day window, but cannot cover return shipping costs. 

We accept Stripe and Paypal for payments. These secure platforms offer safe transactions and multiple options for shoppers with different preferences. Plus, both Paypal and Stripe do not hold your personal information without your consent. 

With a focus on sustainability in our brand, we aim to use vessels and packaging that are recyclable and/or reusable. We do our best to avoid single-use plastics in our packaging if at all possible.
